Now that Los Angeles has stopped burning, I’m really looking forward to next week’s 140 Twitter Conference at the Skirball Cultural Center (hashtagged as #140tc). Featured Users is a proud sponsor of the conference, and I will be going as its representative. Watch for my tweets (and video!) from the West Coast next Tuesday and Wednesday (September 22nd and 23rd).

Biz Stone and Tony Robbins are headliners, but I’m most excited to see speakers Guy Kawasaki, whom we interviewed for the Featured Users #FollowFriday series, LeVar Burton, who is one of my favorite “celebrity tweeters” (I’m so sad about Reading Rainbow), and Veronica Belmont, who is all kinds of awesome.

Of course, I’m also looking forward to talking to the “little people” -  other Twitter application developers and users, and anyone else who uses Twitter for business. There are some great panels lined up, and a whole room devoted to Twitter app developers.
