Each Friday, in honor of the #FollowFriday tradition on Twitter, we will be featuring one of our own Featured Users on the blog.
Today we are very pleased to interview Tony Besson. Tony is an actor living in Los Angeles. His many appearances include Nip/Tuck, The O.C., and Spider-Man 3. He is known on Twitter as TonyBesson.

I love your IMDb bio. Is Travis French (the author) a friend of yours?
Indeed he is. Travis and I have been friends since high school. He did that bio on his own and sent it to me. I felt I had to upload it to ImDb, it was too perfect.
It sounds like you spend a lot of time going back and forth between Vegas and L.A. Do acting skills help you at the blackjack tables? Or vice versa?
I have no idea what helps me win when I’m at the blackjack tables, I just cross my fingers and hope I have enough money for gas to get home… lol
Which do you prefer, L.A. or Vegas?
L.A hands down! I lived in Vegas on and off for about 10 years and hated it. Vegas is a blast for 3-5 days, but after that it’s just depressing.
How long have you been on Twitter?
I’ve been on for about 5 months now. At first it was my publicist that recommended that I get on it, but then I just fell in love with it. I have a blast keeping in touch with people from around the world.
You’re pretty much a “regular guy” on Twitter, talking about your trips to Starbucks and missing your girlfriend. Do you think this will change as you become higher profile?
Clearly you haven’t read all my tweets…lol I once hosted a “Who’s got the best drunken picture of themselves” contest. I’ve got some normal days on Twitter, then there’s the others.
I see you played the “hot yacht club guy” on The O.C. back in 2006. Did that go to your head?
And to think, I almost had forgotten about that glorious role…
Definitely didn’t let it get to my head . Truth be told I’ve got an even more entertaining character description for the role I played in “Iron Man” — Hot Dubai Boy Toy! That role thankfully got cut from the final copy though.
What projects are you working on now?
As of right now I’ve got a series of commercials airing nationally for both Taco Bell & Chrysler. I’ve got a couple things in the works that will hopefully be made public very soon!
What’s your favorite thing to do when you’re not on line?
Drifting. I’ve been drifting cars since I was 15 years old. Whenever I get a chance I like to hit the track and melt some tire.
Thanks so much for the interview, Tony!
